Trade & Financial Administrator

Overview

The Trade and Financial Administrator supports field sales managers for managing TPM systems for all geographies, direct account contracts, direct account shipments and direct account deductions.  They will meet budgetary goals by assisting the field sales managers in maintaining strict control of accrual and billback funds, reviewing of spending reports and proactively identifying areas of correction.  The Trade and Financial Administrator also will assist in management of deductions for all geographies. This position is a work from home role, in the Eastern time zone of the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • 45% – Manage TPM Systems for the division and regional territories
    • Entry and revision of events
    • Spending analysis through preloaded reports
  • 45% – Direct account administrative support
    • Contract support
    • Deduction Support
    • Shipment support
  • 10% – Deduction support for the division
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience, Knowledge, & Skills You Bring:

  • At least 4 years of experience in like administrative roles with another manufacturer or broker
  • Broker employment background preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP/TPM required
  • Ability to analyze reports and suggest solutions to any problems uncovered in data
  • Credit knowledge preferred
  • Sales service knowledge preferred

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • If no bachelor’s degree, must have 4+ years relevant work experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and use the computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones and use a variety of office equipment; ability to lift 15 pounds and reach overhead.

Travel Requirements:

  • 0-5 days per month
