As EY continues to grow our Ecosystem Relationship, we are seeking a Program Manager who can partner with EY leaders to understand how these relationships can be formed and facilitate the formation process, educating and guiding the teams through their formation journey. This is a great opportunity to work with people globally across multiple EY service lines to help these teams understand how to form a new relationship and achieve that objective.
Your key responsibilities
Your role will sit within the Ecosystem Enablement team that supports all aspects of Alliance and Ecosystem formation and management. Specifically, the Formation PMO will work as part of the formation team working directly with business teams requesting new ecosystem relationships in coordination with Area Alliance Leaders, Independence and Quality.

This role is based in the US with preferred locations: Atlanta, Dallas or San Francisco. You should anticipate much of your work to be virtual with regular coordination with other team members in the US and other locations globally. The role will require some minimal travel.

The Ecosystem Relationship Enablement team is a growing team that is constantly evolving and developing new ideas and approaches for forming and managing Ecosystem Relationships. We strive for best in class service and are always looking to improve how we approach Enablement. This is a new function within EY that is less than 5 years, which means you have the opportunity to be part of a new team working to establish better ways to approach ecosystem relationships.
We work as a collaborative team and move fast. We look to provide high quality customer service to those teams wanting to go through formation and account teams looking to leverage Ecosystem relationships on their accounts.
You will work closely with other team members in similar functions supporting business teams, gaining exposure to many areas of EY as you work with multiple countries around the globe as well as all EY service lines and other Core Business Services functions.
