The opportunity

As EY continues to grow our Ecosystem Relationship, we are seeking a Program Manager who can partner with EY leaders to understand how these relationships can be formed and facilitate the formation process, educating and guiding the teams through their formation journey. This is a great opportunity to work with people globally across multiple EY service lines to help these teams understand how to form a new relationship and achieve that objective.

Your key responsibilities

Your role will sit within the Ecosystem Enablement team that supports all aspects of Alliance and Ecosystem formation and management. Specifically, the Formation PMO will work as part of the formation team working directly with business teams requesting new ecosystem relationships in coordination with Area Alliance Leaders, Independence and Quality.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Education of business teams interested in beginning ecosystem on the required process steps
  • Process coordination/facilitation of formation activity
  • PMO, tracking and reporting using BRET, or other tools to monitor global activity
  • Creating content to be posted on internal content portal to build internal awareness of new ecosystem relationships
  • Coordination with other EY groups to enable formation – GDS, Independence, BRS, Quality, Risk Management
  • Participation in other activities as needed to build relationships and meet business goals

This role is based in the US with preferred locations: Atlanta, Dallas or San Francisco. You should anticipate much of your work to be virtual with regular coordination with other team members in the US and other locations globally. The role will require some minimal travel.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • In-depth experience and knowledge of project management practices and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • The ability to assert your own ideas and influence others to gain support and commitment for shared projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Some experience in and knowledge of change management principles
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems and issues
  • The ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities

You will work closely with other team members in similar functions supporting business teams, gaining exposure to many areas of EY as you work with multiple countries around the globe as well as all EY service lines and other Core Business Services functions.
