Job Description:

Since our launch in 2018, Pangaea has sold its products in 100+ different countries. As a Cross Border Analyst, this role will perform due diligence and implement strategies to expand Pangaea’s global footprint. In doing so, this role will be  critical in increasing the reach of all of Pangaea’s brands and products. This role will research various market requirements and work with internal and external partners to achieve local corporate establishment in expansion markets.


  • Lead cross-border corporate establishment projects from planning, execution and monitoring ensuring a successful implementation.
  • Research regulatory and tax requirements for corporate establishment in Pangaea’s expansion markets and define actions required.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance and Legal to meet requirements for corporate establishment, import/export, sales, payment processing and payroll.
  • Work with Operations, Product Development and Quality to ensure corporate establishment aligns with local requirements for product compliance.
  • Work with external partners to ensure process and compliance are achieved in a timely, cost efficient manner.


  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate establishment or cross-border trade advisory
  • BS/BA degree
  • Previous experience in international corporate establishment or trade advisory preferred
  • Previous experience in fast-growing startups or Direct to Consumer (DTC) brands is a plus!
  • Excellent task management via Asana, JIRA, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; SQL a plus.
  • Bonus given to those who can speak Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic
