Role overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join the TuxCare Sales Team. This role focuses on selling AlmaLinux Support and ESU-FIPS compliance solutions to enterprise clients, driving end-to-end deals from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and engage enterprise prospects.
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organisations.
  • Promote and sell AlmaLinux Support and ESU-FIPS solutions to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations that address technical and security requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with technical support, product, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and produce regular sales reports.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and position TuxCare effectively.
  • Represent and evangelise AlmaLinux and related offerings within relevant industry communities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably selling Linux support, security, or comparable technical services.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a technical B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of Linux-based operating systems and FIPS compliance requirements for large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a global team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Prior experience selling for RedHat, CIQ, Ubuntu, Suse, or similar enterprise Linux support offerings is highly desirable.

Nice to have

  • Prior domain experience with enterprise Linux vendors or security compliance offerings.
  • Technical background that enables clear, credible conversations with engineering and security stakeholders.
