Role Overview

SafetyWing is hiring a full-time Sales Representative to generate awareness and interest for Remote Health among globally distributed companies. This fully remote role focuses on outbound prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and CRM management to feed qualified opportunities to Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand generation - Generate awareness and interest in Remote Health across distributed companies worldwide.
  • Market research - Conduct research to identify potential customers and qualified leads.
  • Outbound prospecting - Drive outreach through social media, email campaigns, and calls, creating persuasive email sequences and outreach campaigns.
  • Lead qualification - Educate and develop leads, then hand them off to Account Executives and Closers.
  • Sales enablement - Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and help build a world-class sales playbook.
  • Data management - Manage sales data accurately in the CRM and support marketing activities and reporting.

About You

  • Exceptional research skills and a knack for uncovering and qualifying opportunities.
  • Resourceful, entrepreneurial, autonomous, and detail oriented.
  • Experience with proactive outreach, outbound prospecting, or cold calling is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication with the ability to write persuasive email copy.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
