Role Overview

We are seeking an Individual Sales Representative who is fluent in Mandarin to join our sales team. In this client facing role you will drive acquisition and onboarding of high value individual clients, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that increase trading activity and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client acquisition - Proactively source, qualify and onboard individual clients through targeted outreach, referrals and events.
  • Relationship management - Build strong rapport with high value clients, provide tailored product recommendations, and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Revenue growth - Drive deposits, trading activity and product adoption to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Cross functional coordination - Work with onboarding, compliance, product and operations teams to resolve client issues and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Reporting and analytics - Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare performance reports, and use data to optimise outreach and offers.
  • Compliance - Ensure client interactions and onboarding comply with AML, KYC and internal policies, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in fintech, financial services, or high growth tech companies, ideally servicing individual or VIP clients.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and strong English communication skills for cross regional coordination.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency products and the Web3 ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and using data to drive decisions.
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and attend client meetings or industry events as required.
