Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Openers Manager to lead and scale a high-energy team focused on outbound prospecting and creating qualified opportunities. You will design and run creative outbound systems, mentor Sales Openers, and drive measurable growth through data-driven experimentation and execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive rapid and sustained growth in qualified opportunities through smart experimentation and creative execution.
- Build and scale outbound systems using tools like Clay and HubSpot, combining data scraping, AI enrichment, and campaign orchestration.
- Experiment with next-generation go-to-market tactics and trend-driven outreach that stands out in crowded inboxes.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting weekly metrics and forecasts to the Head of Sales.
- Act as an empathetic coach and mentor, motivating a team of Sales Openers and fostering a fun, high-energy culture.
- Motivate the team through thoughtful recognition and celebration of wins.
Who We Are Looking For
- 4+ years experience in sales, growth, or lead generation in a B2B environment.
- Empathetic coach who inspires growth and high performance.
- Ability to spot trends early and translate them into commercial opportunities.
- Tech-savvy and fluent in modern sales tools and workflows.
- Creative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional writing skills for value-driven messaging.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with AI-enabled enrichment and campaign orchestration.
- Background building outbound systems or managing SDR/Sales Opener teams.
