Role description

As Brand Marketer, you will shape how the world experiences Phantom by driving brand awareness, credibility, and affinity through high-impact marketing campaigns. You will lead strategic initiatives that break through culture, create emotional connections with audiences, and elevate Phantom as a leading consumer finance brand in crypto.

Responsibilities

• Define and guide Phantom's core brand strategy, including positioning, architecture, and key narratives.
• Develop and execute world-class brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Phantom, ensuring creative excellence and strategic alignment.
• Craft compelling creative briefs grounded in insights, data, and audience understanding to guide storytelling and activations.
• Manage external agencies and creative partners to produce campaigns and brand activations that stand out in the crypto space and beyond.
• Monitor and analyze cultural, industry, and consumer trends to identify opportunities for authentic engagement with key audiences.
• Ensure brand consistency and integrity across marketing materials, activations, and partnerships.
• Leverage data and insights to measure brand marketing effectiveness and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with internal teams including product, growth, social, and comms, and with external partners including creative, media, and experiential agencies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or a related field, ideally within fintech, crypto, or consumer tech.
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful brand campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
• Deep understanding of cultural trends and audience behaviors, with the ability to translate insights into impactful marketing strategies.
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing external agencies to bring creative visions to life.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey product benefits effectively.
• Passion for crypto and web3, or a strong willingness to learn and immerse yourself in the space.
