Role Overview

Phantom is hiring a Senior Product Marketer to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market programs for product features across Phantom's multi-chain wallet. You will execute cross-functional marketing campaigns, translate technical features into user benefits, and drive customer adoption and engagement for products used by millions.

Key Responsibilities

• Go-to-market execution - Develop and run go-to-market campaigns for new products and features, including audience identification, creative briefs, creative direction, copywriting, and performance reporting.
• Positioning and messaging - Translate technical features and use cases into audience-specific benefits that differentiate Phantom from competitors.
• Cross-functional production - Collaborate with Growth, Design, Product, and Engineering to produce marketing assets such as videos, social posts, blog content, and product pages.
• Measurement and optimization - Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and iterate quickly using data to optimize creative and channel mix.
• Strategic partnership - Work on projects spanning product, partnerships, brand, content, influencer, and experiential marketing as needed.
• Stakeholder alignment - Influence product and business decisions via research, market insight, and clear storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product or Content Marketer with experience managing product marketing campaigns at scale.
• Proven track record launching and measuring successful product marketing programs used by large user bases.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative skills to convey product benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and digital tactics, and comfort using data to inform creative decisions.
• Passion for web3 and crypto - regular use of dApps such as DeFi or NFT marketplaces is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in crypto or fintech product marketing.
• Experience with influencer, experiential, or partnership marketing.

Work Model

This role is fully remote and Phantom supports flexibility. The team gathers in person for retreats and offsites periodically, and the role may require occasional travel for collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits

Target base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 USD, plus equity and benefits. Final offer will depend on experience, location, and other factors. Phantom provides a competitive total rewards package.
