Atticus is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own and optimize the end-to-end client lifecycle from ad contact to lawyer hire. You will lead lifecycle strategy for email, SMS, and multi-channel messaging, design experiments to reduce friction and increase conversions, and partner with growth, product, data science, and creative teams to deliver measurable impact for people seeking legal and benefits aid.

Key Responsibilities
- Lifecycle roadmap - Develop and own a prioritized lifecycle marketing roadmap that reduces friction and moves leads toward the next step in the funnel.
- Campaign design - Create compelling, brand-aligned email and SMS campaigns that educate, build trust, and prompt action across a complex funnel.
- Experimentation - Propose hypotheses, run A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate quickly to improve conversion metrics.
- Operational excellence - Build campaigns with reliability and maintainability in mind, avoiding tech debt, bugs, and breakages.
- Cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with growth marketing, product, data science, and creative to align messaging, measurement, and user experience.
- Analytics and optimization - Use data to segment audiences, measure program performance, and optimize lifecycle flows for impact.
Qualifications
- Experience - 5+ years in marketing, with at least 2+ years focused on lifecycle or retention marketing at a fast-growing startup or similar environment.
- Execution - Demonstrated track record launching lifecycle campaigns end-to-end and optimizing them based on data.
- Product mindset - Comfortable with complex funnels, multiple pre-purchase steps, and messaging to users with challenging needs.
- Technical fluency - Familiarity with customer engagement tools and analytics; bonus for experience with customer.io, Looker, Salesforce, or HTML for email.
- Collaboration - Strong cross-functional skills and experience working with product, data, and creative teams.
- Mission alignment - Commitment to Atticus's mission of helping people in crisis.
Nice to Have
- Experience at early-stage startups, marketplaces, or two-sided products.
- Hands-on experience with customer.io, Looker, Salesforce, or HTML email templating.
Work Model
This role is fully remote. Atticus supports flexible remote work and covers travel to Los Angeles for team gatherings when needed. You will join a distributed team and collaborate asynchronously with regular in-person opportunities.
Salary and Benefits
Anticipated base salary range: $130,000 - $170,000 USD, plus equity and benefits. Benefits include:
