Role Overview

Atticus is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own product vision and execution for core features that connect people in crisis with legal and benefits support. You will define strategy, build roadmaps, collaborate with design and engineering, and use data to run experiments that improve client matching, engagement, and outcomes across our platform.

The Job

As Senior Product Manager you will craft and drive a product strategy for our next phase of growth. You will partner closely with Data Science, Design, Engineering, and Operations to translate research and business goals into scalable product solutions. Example focus areas include improving case-to-firm matching, building a data platform for model-driven personalization, surfacing prioritized features for partner law firms, and optimizing outreach across channels and the case lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Product vision - Craft a product vision and detailed roadmap for prioritized areas like matching, personalization, and platform scaling.
• Cross-functional leadership - Lead collaboration with Data Science, Design, and Engineering to prototype, validate, and ship features.
• User research - Get to know clients and law firms, surface insights, and use those inputs to guide product direction.
• Data-driven decisions - Own metrics and run experiments, propose hypotheses, and iterate quickly based on results.
• Platform building - Help build a core data platform to support vertical expansion, personalization, and model-driven decision making.
• Stakeholder alignment - Build alignment across senior leadership and stakeholder groups, and report on impact and progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping products at scale.
• Proven ability to set product strategy and make tradeoffs informed by data and user research.
• Experience operating in high-performing product organizations and instilling product best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with doing your own analysis using data platforms and metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills with PMs, engineers, and designers.
• A strong commitment to mission-driven work and helping people in need.

• Early-stage startup experience, marketplace, two-sided products, or consumer complexity.

Work Model

This role is fully remote. Atticus supports flexibility to live anywhere and will cover travel to Los Angeles as needed for team gatherings, typically between quarterly and yearly.
