We are a fast growing, remote first company focused on shipping high quality products and driving measurable outcomes for customers.

Role overview

We are seeking an experienced, customer obsessed Product Manager to own strategy and execution for subscription software products. You will define product vision, lead the roadmap, run discovery and experiments, and work cross functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and support to deliver outcomes that increase adoption, retention, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to company goals.
  • Conduct customer and market research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria and prioritize work based on impact and feasibility.
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver high quality releases and iterate based on data and user feedback.
  • Manage product experiments and A/B tests to validate ideas, measure impact, and optimize conversion and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth to execute product led growth strategies including self service onboarding and free to paid conversion.
  • Communicate product plans and results to stakeholders and lead cross functional planning to ensure on time delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience for subscription software, with at least some non enterprise experience.
  • Proven ability to define a compelling product vision and translate it into a prioritized roadmap and executed outcomes.
  • Data driven decision making experience, comfortable using analytics to guide product choices and measure revenue impact.
  • Experience with PLG tactics such as onboarding, activation funnels, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Availability to overlap at least half of 9am-5pm ET to coordinate with the team and stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Technical background or prior engineering experience.
  • Experience with WordPress or hosting related products.
  • Active involvement in the WordPress community or prior work on developer or SMB focused tooling.
  • Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, HubSpot, Jira, and Figma.

Perks and benefits

  • Competitive salary and flexible compensation aligned to role and location.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employees by country.
  • Flexible PTO after 90 days and holiday policies by location.
  • Paid parental leave and sabbatical opportunities.
  • Home office budget and monthly remote work reimbursement.
  • Learning and development stipend and annual company retreats.

Location and work model

This is a fully remote role. We prioritize candidates able to work hours overlapping Eastern Time for at least half the day to enable collaboration with product and engineering partners. Candidates across the globe are encouraged to apply, with preference for applicants in GMT+3 to GMT-5 for synchronous coordination.
