Role Overview

We are hiring a Growth Lead to own revenue and growth for AIOSEO. This hands-on role combines strategy, analytics, campaign execution, and team leadership across channels including SEO, content, PPC, email and SMS, influencer marketing, webinars, and affiliate partnerships. You will develop and execute the end-to-end growth playbook, drive experiments, and scale initiatives that move core revenue metrics.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own AIOSEO growth strategy and execution across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization channels.
  • Plan, run, and analyze experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion funnels, pricing pages, and onboarding flows.
  • Lead channel programs including SEO, content marketing, PPC, email/SMS campaigns, webinars, and affiliate/partner channels.
  • Use data to drive decisions - analyze GA4 and other analytics sources to identify opportunities and measure impact.
  • Create and optimize high-converting landing pages, messaging, and conversion copy, and provide copy feedback to the team.
  • Mentor and manage growth and content team members, aligning work to company revenue goals and KPI targets.
  • Build repeatable processes, test frameworks, and documentation to scale successful experiments and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and sales to align growth initiatives with product improvements and customer needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of growth marketing experience for product-led or freemium SaaS, preferably B2B or SMB-focused.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue impact through SEO, paid, email, and conversion optimization programs.
  • Strong expertise in GA4 and other analytics tools, with hands-on ability to analyze funnel performance and user behavior.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or Clearscope.
  • Experience with PPC platforms including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and familiarity with Google Search Console.
  • Practical CRO skills - A/B testing, pricing page optimization, landing pages, and conversion copywriting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing and developing growth-focused teams.
  • Comfort with remote work and ability to overlap some hours with 9am-5pm ET operating window.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with WordPress as a site owner, developer, or marketer.
  • Background in subscription / freemium monetization and lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience leading influencer or webinar-based acquisition programs.

Location and Work Style

This role is remote and open to applicants worldwide. Our home base operates on Eastern Time (9am - 5pm ET), so you should be available for a portion of that day for collaboration. We seek candidates who thrive in remote, asynchronous environments and who can lead cross-functional growth programs.
