Job Overview

We are hiring an Executive Producer, Content to lead high-impact production of 2D and 3D content across premium marketplace items, platform assets, and marketing materials. This senior individual contributor role requires excellent production logistics, strong creative taste, strategic judgment, and a broad network of trusted external studios and creators. You will orchestrate content requests from product, marketing, community, trust and safety, and other teams, mapping the optimal execution approach and ensuring deliveries meet quality, brand, and strategic goals.

Top Priorities - First Year

1. Launch pilots across diverse premium 3D marketplace content categories using a mix of in-house production, external vendors, and community creators.
2. Perform ROI analysis across content categories and sources to identify profitable investments and re-deploy budget accordingly.
3. Prioritize in-house production to maximize wow factor and business impact, aligning resources to the highest impact work.

Role Context

You will operate as the central conductor for content production efforts, coordinating laterally across internal stakeholders and external partners. You will manage an annual budget and work independently, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. Although this role starts without direct reports, you will work closely with product, marketing, community, legal, ops, art leadership, and external partners to deliver high-quality content at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production planning for 2D and 3D content requests coming from across the company.
• Select and manage external studios, creators, and vendors to execute pilots and ongoing content production.
• Map production approaches, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with brand and product objectives.
• Establish quality standards and review processes to ensure brand consistency and high production values.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, balancing product needs, marketing timelines, trust and safety constraints, and legal considerations.
• Analyze content performance and ROI to inform investment decisions and production prioritization.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• Senior-level production experience managing 2D and 3D content for games, social platforms, or interactive media.
• Proven track record managing external studios, creator networks, or creative vendor ecosystems.
• Strong production logistics skills - scheduling, budgeting, vendor evaluation, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent creative judgment and taste, with the ability to advocate for high-quality creative outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, distributed environment and presenting to senior leadership.

Bonus Points

• Experience launching marketplace content or monetized user-created content ecosystems.
• Familiarity working with IP partners or large external creative studios.
• Background in 3D art pipelines, game asset production, or interactive media production.
