Role Overview

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager - Brokerage to define and drive new product initiatives while managing a portfolio of existing brokerage products. You will lead product strategy, write requirements, collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, design, partnerships, and regulators, and deliver features that improve brokerage operations and customer outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Own brokerage product areas end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Write clear product requirements and partner with engineers to execute programs and deliverables.
• Drive product strategy by analyzing ROI, competition, and build-versus-buy tradeoffs.
• Improve brokerage operational efficiency by proposing solutions and owning relevant metrics.
• Contribute to and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs and business impact.
• Lead customer calls to gather insights on brokerage processes and translate them into product changes.
• Participate in discussions with external regulators where required to inform product strategy and execution.
• Report product status and results to internal and, when needed, external stakeholders.
• Perform ad hoc projects and collaborate across teams to unblock delivery and scale the product set.

Who You Are - Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical background.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or founding/operating at a startup.
• Demonstrated interest and experience in brokerage or FinTech product areas.
• Comfort and proficiency analyzing data using SQL and BI tools to inform product decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Business judgment to weigh stakeholder tradeoffs, technical feasibility, timelines, and budgets.

Nice-to-Haves

• Direct experience building brokerage products, trading features, or financial services platforms.
• Technical experience working with APIs and integrating with engineering teams.
