Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and delivery for high impact initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, analytics, and business teams to define roadmaps, launch features, measure outcomes, and iterate rapidly. The role requires a strong product mindset, data-driven decision making, and experience shipping consumer or developer-facing products in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy - Define product vision, develop roadmaps, and align stakeholders around measurable objectives and outcomes.
• Execution - Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to launch, working closely with engineering and design to deliver high quality releases on schedule.
• Data driven decisions - Use analytics and experimentation to prioritize initiatives, optimize user flows, and measure impact.
• Cross-functional leadership - Coordinate with research, marketing, operations, and compliance to ensure product readiness and successful launches.
• User research - Gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user feedback to inform product direction and improvements.
• Mentorship - Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building strong product practices and processes.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience, ideally 5+ years, with a track record of shipping successful products.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data, SQL, and experimentation frameworks.
• Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering teams; experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge or strong interest in blockchain, crypto, or Web3 ecosystems preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to drive alignment across distributed teams.
• Customer focused, pragmatic, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Working Arrangement

Full-time role. Location flexible with remote possibilities; specific expectations will be confirmed during hiring.
