Role Description

We are hiring a Head of Product to set a bold multi-year vision, scale and coach product teams, and ship category-defining consumer products used by tens of millions. This role will define strategic product roadmaps aligned to Phantom's pillars - Own Entry Point, Grow Trading, Eat TradFi, and Diversify Revenue - and lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and BD. You will have the mandate and resources to build products that shape the financial system for decades.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing product organization, coaching and growing a team of 6+ product managers and cross-functional squads.
• Define and communicate a bold, multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned to company strategy.
• Ship elegant, performant, and trusted products at consumer scale that drive growth, retention, and revenue.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to make smart technical and UX trade-offs while maintaining speed and quality.
• Drive cross-company impact by aligning product efforts with marketing, compliance, business development, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure product decisions prioritize security, user trust, and scalable architecture for multi-chain support.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading and scaling multi-product teams at consumer scale.
• Track record of shipping products used by millions of users.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering teams.
• Sharp design sensibility and obsession with user experience.
• Operates with urgency, focus, and entrepreneurial drive.
• Crypto native or able to ramp quickly and apply domain knowledge to product strategy.
