Role Overview

We are hiring a Product Operations professional to support Structured Finance initiatives. This role will manage day-to-day operations for structured finance products, support launches and integrations, ensure operational readiness, and partner with product, engineering, risk and compliance teams to deliver reliable, scalable services.

Key Responsibilities

• Product operations - Own operational processes for structured finance products, including launch checklists, runbooks, and post-launch monitoring.
• Cross-functional delivery - Coordinate with product, engineering, compliance, legal and partner teams to execute product roadmaps and integrations.
• Reconciliation and reporting - Design and maintain reconciliation flows, transaction monitoring, and operational dashboards to ensure data integrity.
• Process improvement - Identify operational risks and automation opportunities, implement process improvements to reduce manual effort and operational error.
• Vendor and partner management - Manage relationships with external providers and payment channels, coordinate testing, onboarding and go-live activities.
• Incidents and investigations - Lead operational investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions for production incidents affecting structured finance products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in product operations, payments operations, structured finance, fintech or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with SQL for data validation and reporting.
• Familiarity with Python or scripting for automation and data processing preferred.
• Experience designing dashboards and visualizations with Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of blockchain, token mechanics, or Web3 product operations is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project coordination skills.
• Attention to detail, process orientation, and ability to operate in fast paced environments.
