Role Overview

The Global Community Manager will engage with and grow Binance-owned global communities across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp. You will design and run community initiatives that strengthen brand trust, increase positive engagement, and surface user insights to product and business teams. This role blends hands-on community execution with strategic project management and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Community leadership - Engage with and grow flagship global communities, foster meaningful, positive engagement and supervise moderation where needed.
• Content and initiatives - Create content, programs, and campaigns that strengthen the brand, deepen trust, and energize community members.
• Binance Angels support - Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management for Binance Angels and volunteer programs.
• Insights and feedback - Gather, synthesize, and share community insights with internal teams to influence product and operational decisions.
• Project management - Identify gaps in community systems and tools, design and implement improvements, and coordinate cross-functional projects to improve community operations and workflows.
• Measurement - Define KPIs, track progress, report impact, and iterate on community initiatives based on data and feedback.
• New opportunities - Spot and evaluate opportunities for community-driven initiatives, including automation and tooling enhancements.

Requirements

• Deep crypto-native experience and cultural fluency with DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, wallets, and community dynamics.
• Proven track record managing communities or events, with ownership, creativity, and strong emotional intelligence.
• Experience using and creating content for social platforms such as X, Discord, Telegram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong operational and project management skills, ideally with professional or academic experience in business, consulting, or product operations.
• Comfortable setting KPIs, reporting outcomes, and iterating based on data; execution oriented and scrappy.
• Flexible schedule to engage with global communities across time zones.
• Technical skills such as automation, bot building, or dashboarding are a strong plus.

Working Arrangement

Full-time role, listed as Remote or Onsite depending on business needs. Flexible schedule is required to engage with global communities across time zones. Specific expectations regarding remote or office presence will be confirmed during hiring.
