Role Overview

BairesDev is hiring a Recruiting Manager to lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition. In this role you will manage and guide a team of leaders, develop and implement hiring strategies, monitor KPIs, and optimize recruitment processes to meet company hiring goals. You will oversee a team of over 50 and collaborate with other area managers to ensure Talent Acquisition remains aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership - Manage and guide a team of leaders within the Talent Acquisition function.
• Strategy - Create and implement new strategies for the hiring process and enhance employee well-being.
• Cross-Functional Alignment - Align with other area managers to ensure Talent Acquisition processes stay current and effective.
• Metrics & Compensation - Monitor and manage KPIs, metrics, and salary settings within the team.
• Process Improvement - Analyze data to assess and improve recruiting and staffing processes for better outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience - Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Talent acquisition background - Experience in recruiting or Talent Acquisition is desirable.
• Management style - Hands-on management approach with proactivity.
• Communication - Advanced level of English is required.
