Role Overview

As Talent Operations Manager you will lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition to help meet BairesDev's hiring targets. You will manage and guide a team of leaders, own the implementation of hiring strategies and operational processes, and ensure recruiting activities are aligned with business needs. This is a high-impact role responsible for tracking KPIs, analyzing recruiting data, and continuously improving staffing operations at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and guide a team of leaders within the Talent Acquisition function, providing coaching and operational oversight.
  • Create and implement strategies to improve the hiring process and employee well-being.
  • Align Talent Acquisition processes with other area managers and business stakeholders to keep practices current and effective.
  • Monitor and manage recruiting KPIs, metrics, and salary settings across the team.
  • Analyze recruiting and staffing data to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop and refine recruiting playbooks, staffing workflows, and reporting to support rapid company growth.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience leading operational leaders, with a hands-on management style and the ability to drive execution.
  • Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to improve recruiting processes.
  • Advanced level of English and excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, multicultural environment and to scale processes for a large, distributed team.
