About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Director to source, nurture, and close new BairesDev clients, primarily leveraging your network and industry contacts rather than inbound leads. This is a hunter role focused on originating new business and expanding our enterprise and midsize client base.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients across industries, with a primary focus on Consumer - Retail, Logistics, and Distribution.
  • Originate and nurture business relationships that result in engagement opportunities.
  • Present BairesDevโ€™s unique value proposition tailored to the needs of senior executives at prospective client organizations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to drive new business.

Project Management

  • Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that meet client needs and deliver desired business outcomes.
  • Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.
  • Plan resources and mobilize multidisciplinary teams, including solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery teams throughout complex sales cycles.
  • Identify, help manage, and mitigate key risks through tactical plans and actions.

We Are Looking For

  • A sales expert passionate about selling technology solutions, with 5+ years of relevant experience selling professional IT or software services.
  • Strong experience selling technology consulting and services as a hunter of new logos, with proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts.
  • An excellent understanding of the industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and trends.
  • A demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach focused on initiating and building client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of commonly used software systems and data in the industry.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Native English or fully bilingual in English.
