Role Description
Head of Business Development will be the strategic leader for Phantom's partnerships and go-to-market expansion. This role owns partner strategy, deal flow, and commercial initiatives across crypto and traditional fintech to drive user growth, monetization, and platform expansion.
Responsibilities
- Craft and lead a high-impact business development and ecosystem strategy that drives user growth, monetization, and platform expansion.
- Own deal flow with major crypto players, chains, protocols, and traditional technology and financial partners, securing high-value integrations and co-markets.
- Launch new lines of business, support product launch strategy, and design go-to-market activities that grow Phantom usage.
- Measure impact, iterate on collaborations, and deepen integrations across Phantom's multi-product stack to hit revenue targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to prioritize and execute partnerships and integrations.
- Manage, mentor, or build a lean business development team as the function scales.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate development.
- Deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and a strong partner network, including connections in Solana and broader blockchain communities.
- Proven track record structuring and negotiating strategic deals with both decentralized protocols and regulated financial players.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills, and excellent communication and strategic prioritization abilities.
- Experience managing or mentoring high performing teams is preferred.
