Overview
BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition and help the company achieve ambitious hiring goals. BairesDev is a 100% remote company that delivers software projects for global clients and is built from the Top 1% of technical talent worldwide. In this role you will manage and guide leaders within Talent Acquisition, design and implement hiring strategies, and drive operational excellence across a team of more than 50 recruiters and leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and guide a team of leaders within the Talent Acquisition function, providing coaching, oversight, and operational direction.
- Create and implement forward-thinking strategies to improve the hiring process and employee experience.
- Align Talent Acquisition processes with business needs by collaborating with other area managers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage KPIs and staffing metrics, including salary settings and time-to-hire, to ensure team performance and accountability.
- Analyze recruiting data to identify process gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive initiatives that enhance recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and hiring quality at scale.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience leading operational leaders and managing large recruiting teams.
- Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting, with demonstrated ability to build and improve recruitment processes.
- Hands-on management style, proactive problem solving, and strong ownership of results.
- Advanced level of English and excellent communication skills to work with global stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and using data to inform decisions.
