Overview
Dandy is hiring an agile, systems-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to partner with Enterprise sales leaders and scale enablement programs that drive revenue, accelerate complex deal cycles, and improve sales efficiency. This high-impact role will build programs from the ground up, operationalize strategic priorities, and coordinate cross-functional GTM execution with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Post-Sales.
What youβll do
- Partner directly with Enterprise sales leadership to diagnose challenges and design solutions that drive revenue growth and productivity.
- Build and implement enablement programs tailored to complex sales cycles and multi-level buying processes.
- Operationalize strategic priorities by turning sales strategy into actionable programs, playbooks, and field-ready initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Post-Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated go-to-market execution.
- Manage enablement initiatives end-to-end, including logistics, content development, training delivery, and stakeholder communications.
- Iterate on programs using feedback and performance data to continuously improve outcomes and adoption.
What weβre looking for
- An agile, systems-oriented thinker who can rapidly adapt to changing business priorities and align processes across functions.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales effectiveness, or comparable roles focused on complex enterprise deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building relationships and influencing senior leaders.
- Experience managing multiple projects, creating scalable enablement content, and driving adoption across sales teams.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into measurable enablement programs and to iterate based on outcomes.
Bonus points for
- Experience on lean teams within high-growth, change-intensive environments.
- Prior sales management or leadership experience.
- Comfort using automation and enablement technology to scale programs.
- Background in dental, medical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other technical industries.
Compensation
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Dandy is USD 124,100 - 146,000 plus equity. Actual compensation will vary by primary work location, candidate skills, qualifications, and experience.
