Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Java Developer to join the Web3 Earn team. You will design and implement backend services that power Web3 earning products, integrate with on-chain systems and third party providers, and deliver high performance, reliable systems for large user volumes.

Responsibilities

• Backend development - Design, implement and maintain production-grade Java microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Web3 integration - Integrate backend services with blockchain nodes, smart contract interfaces and off-chain data providers to enable earn product workflows.
• Performance and scaling - Optimize services for latency, throughput and resilience, and design systems to handle large scale traffic and data volumes.
• Platform and tooling - Work with containerization and orchestration tooling such as Docker and Kubernetes, and deploy services on cloud platforms.
• Data and persistence - Design reliable data models, implement robust database interactions and ensure data integrity across services.
• Reliability and observability - Implement monitoring, logging and alerting, and participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Collaboration - Partner with product, security, QA and DevOps teams to ship features, review designs and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and operating Java backend services, preferably with Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of backend architecture, microservices and scalable system design.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts, Web3 integrations and smart contract interactions.
• Good understanding of databases such as MySQL, and ability to write and optimize SQL.
• Solid Linux and debugging skills, plus familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing practices.
• Strong problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.

Working Arrangement
