About the Role
We are seeking an experienced VP of Growth to own and scale customer acquisition, conversion, and monetization across both product-led and enterprise channels. You will lead cross-functional growth initiatives to accelerate ARR, reduce churn, and build repeatable systems that drive revenue for a fast-growing newsletter and creator platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a unified growth strategy across PLG and enterprise motions, aligned with company ARR and churn goals.
- Customer Acquisition: Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition programs including performance marketing, content, SEO, partnerships, community, and creator evangelism.
- Lifecycle and Retention: Design activation, conversion, upsell, and retention programs to increase ARPU and reduce churn.
- Enterprise Sales & Marketing: Partner with Sales to develop playbooks that move high-value customers from self-serve to enterprise relationships and drive high-quality inbound leads.
- Data & Experimentation: Build a robust growth analytics stack, run rapid experiments, and identify high-leverage growth opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary growth team including performance marketing, content, SEO, partnerships, community, and data.
- Storytelling & Prioritization: Craft clear data-driven narratives and focus the organization on the highest-leverage growth bets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years leading growth at high-growth SaaS companies, ideally with hybrid GTM models (PLG plus enterprise).
- Proven track record scaling a self-serve product to $50M - $200M+ ARR and building enterprise growth capabilities.
- Expertise in demand generation, performance marketing, lifecycle automation, and product-led experimentation.
- Strong analytical mindset, fluent with growth metrics and data tools.
- Experience building and leading multi-disciplinary growth teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft cohesive, data-driven narratives.

Location, Compensation, and Other Details
Location: Remote. Department: Growth. Employment type: Full-Time. Minimum experience: Senior Manager/Supervisor. Compensation: USD $200,000 - $250,000 per year.
