Overview

Applaudo is hiring a Fullstack Developer with strong experience in Next.js and React to design, build, and maintain complex web application solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and US-based clients, work in an Agile team, and contribute to process and tooling improvements. Employees can work remotely, and flexible schedules are supported.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex web applications using Next.js and React.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to deliver high quality results.
• Help create or improve processes and tools to ensure business efficiency and scalability.
• Work in an Agile team, actively contributing to innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of web development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, DOM, Next.js, and React.js.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and ADA compliance best practices.
• 2+ years of AWS serverless development experience and familiarity with services such as API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, S3, Amplify, CloudFront, and EventBridge - nice to have.
• At least 1 year working with headless CMS platforms like Contentful - nice to have.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and a collaborative mindset.
• English language proficiency is required, as you will work directly with US-based clients.
