Role Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer at Phantom you will work across the stack - building delightful user interfaces and cross-platform client infrastructure on the frontend, and designing APIs, data pipelines, and backend services that connect blockchains to the user experience. You will own features on our web platforms, including the Phantom Extension and website, and lead initiatives to support additional blockchains and new complementary products or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own feature development for Phantom web platforms, including the Phantom Extension and company website.
• Lead new initiatives to add support for additional blockchains and to launch new products or infrastructure.
• Interface directly with end users and developers to collect feedback and inform product direction.
• Collaborate with the team to raise engineering standards and support hiring and team building.
• Design and implement APIs, services, and data pipelines that bridge blockchains and user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms.
• English language proficiency.
• Nice to have - prior experience on a blockchain based project.

Compensation

The target base salary for this role ranges from $180,000 to $220,000, with additional equity and benefits. Final offer depends on skillset, experience, interview performance, and market factors such as location.
