Staff Full Stack Engineer (Wallet Platform) at Phantom

Role Overview

Phantom is hiring a Staff Full Stack Engineer for the Wallet Platform. You will own end-to-end work across frontend and backend to deliver delightful user interfaces, cross-platform client infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines, and services that bridge blockchain networks to real user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Feature development - Own feature development on Phantom web platforms, including the Phantom Extension and the website.
• New initiatives - Lead initiatives to add support for additional blockchains and launch new complementary products and infrastructure.
• User interfacing - Interface directly with end-users and developers building on Phantom, support them, and collect feedback to inform product direction.
• Team building - Contribute to hiring and foster a culture that raises the bar with each new hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms.
• English language proficiency.
• Nice to have - experience in a blockchain-based project.

Compensation and Benefits

The target base salary for this role will range between $200,000 and $250,000 USD, with additional equity and benefits. Total compensation is determined by factors including skillset, prior experience, interview quality, and location.
