We are venture-backed, rapidly growing, and focused on using data to improve outcomes across our end-to-end legal assistance platform.
The Role
Data Scientist on the central Data Science team. You will help establish a company-wide data science function, partner closely with business and product leads, and build analytics, experiments, and predictive models that directly impact client outcomes. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel to Los Angeles for offsites and collaboration.

- Interpret data as the voice of clients and translate insights into measurable product and operational changes.
- Hold teams accountable to measurable impact and help prioritize the most effective levers for improvement.

- Fluent SQL skills and substantial professional experience with Python or R.
- Experience building metrics, reporting, and models from scratch in a product or business domain.
- Experience leveraging A/B testing or causal inference methods to measure impact and guide decisions.
- Comfort with full-stack data work including metric design, exploratory analysis, experimentation, and predictive modeling.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive impact.
Nice to Have
- Experience building two-sided marketplaces or working with non-experimental causal inference methods.
- Experience shipping and maintaining model code in production.
