We are scaling rapidly and seeking an ambitious Product Marketing leader to define how Dandy shows up in market and drives commercial results.

Role overview

We are hiring a Head of Product Marketing to lead the Product Marketing function, build and grow a high-performing team, and own market positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and GTM planning. This senior leader will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and executive leadership to create differentiated strategies and execute launches that move the business.

What you will do

  • Own the market and customer insight function to anticipate tailwinds, headwinds, and opportunities that shape Dandy's strategy.
  • Define and drive the product marketing vision, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning that differentiate Dandy in the dental market.
  • Design and execute pricing and packaging experiments, and partner with business leaders to launch monetization strategies.
  • Lead planning and execution for major product launches and GTM plays, owning measurable outcomes and cross-functional coordination.
  • Translate complex clinical and product concepts into simple, compelling messages that drive buyer preference and revenue impact.
  • Grow, mentor, and retain a strong Product Marketing team, creating a culture focused on commercial impact, experimentation, and measurable results.
  • Leverage commercial insights from Sales, paid testing, and analytics to iterate quickly and optimize campaigns and offers.

Who you are

  • Senior, experienced product marketing leader with 12+ years of experience and at least 6+ years in product marketing, with proven track record launching products from 0 to 1 and scaling them.
  • Commercially minded, customer-obsessed, and able to balance creative Go-To-Market thinking with technical or clinical credibility.
  • Skilled at aligning cross-functional teams, influencing executives, and moving fast without sacrificing quality or rigor.
  • Analytical and experimental, comfortable designing and running tests to measure impact and iterate on pricing, messaging, and features.
  • Strategic and hands-on, able to set vision and also roll up your sleeves to deliver tactical execution where needed.
Bonus points
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or regulated industries.
  • Experience building monetization or pricing models and running 0 to 1 growth initiatives.

Compensation

U.S. salary range: USD 232,000 - 290,000. Role also offers equity and may include bonus. Final compensation is based on location, experience, and role alignment.
