Role Overview

We are hiring a Product Designer Lead - UI/UX to drive strategic design across Binance’s product ecosystem. In this senior leadership role you will define design vision, lead execution of high quality user experiences, refine design processes, and collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure effective implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic expertise in UI and UX design, driving innovation and excellence across products.
• Develop, implement, and refine design processes to support rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
• Apply design thinking to create globally appealing, user-centered products and interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure design solutions are practical and well implemented.
• Participate in and lead design reviews, offering expert feedback and actionable insights.
• Stay current with design trends and industry developments to continuously improve design approaches and foster innovation.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a proven record of delivering high quality user experiences.
• Design skills: Strong visual and interaction design abilities, deep understanding of user experience principles, and a portfolio demonstrating impact.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including product and engineering.
• Project management: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferences: Passion for motion design or illustration is preferred.
