Job Description

About Dandy

Dandy is modernizing the large, antiquated dental industry - an industry worth over $200B. Backed by leading venture capital, Dandy builds the operating system for dental offices worldwide, empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support.

About the Role

As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Account Management, you will lead a high-impact team responsible for managing and growing Dandyโ€™s most strategic, multi-location enterprise accounts. Your mission is to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) by ensuring enterprise clients achieve business outcomes, realize full value from Dandy solutions, and expand partnerships. You will define strategy, build scalable processes, and create a culture of proactive, consultative engagement while partnering closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Training, and Engineering.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Own NRR and GRR for the enterprise segment through strategic account planning and proactive relationship management.
  • Identify client value drivers and implement repeatable processes that deliver measurable outcomes to accounts.
  • Design an operating model that scales with customers as they expand through acquisitions and multi-site growth.
  • Develop data-driven churn mitigation strategies and act as an escalation point for strategic accounts.
  • Drive product enhancement initiatives informed by enterprise feedback and account insights.
  • Analyze user engagement and present business reviews with actionable recommendations.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of Enterprise Account Managers, set KPIs, and create dashboards to monitor performance and accountability.
  • Serve as the executive escalation contact, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing long-term partnerships.
  • Implement scalable systems for customer tracking and health monitoring using tools like Salesforce, Vitally, and Zendesk.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Support to align on customer goals and success criteria.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 5-7+ years in customer success or account management of complex, enterprise or multi-location accounts, with at least 3 years managing teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record driving retention (NRR/GRR), upsell expansions, and customer advocacy.
  • Experience implementing and using CRMs and success platforms, such as Salesforce, Vitally, Gainsight, or similar.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using BI and analytics to inform strategy and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes, coach teams, and improve operational outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people leadership skills.
  • Customer-first orientation, proactive problem solving, and ability to operate in a fast-growing environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in dental, healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries.
  • Background in technical disciplines such as engineering, QA, or analytics.
  • Experience launching new geographies or building vendor ecosystems in emerging markets.

Work Model

This is a remote-first role with opportunities for travel to customer sites and team events. The role will partner cross-functionally and may require travel to support strategic accounts and initiatives.

Compensation

Base Pay Range - $140,000 to $192,000 per year. Actual compensation will vary based on candidate location, experience, and qualifications. The compensation range listed applies to U.S.-based roles and will be regionally adjusted for candidates outside the U.S.
