Backed by leading venture capital firms, we are on a mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we scale our go-to-market efforts, we are hiring a Commercial Account Executive to close deals, drive revenue, and build the sales infrastructure that powers the next stage of Dandy's growth.

About the Role

The Commercial Account Executive (CAE) will join an elite sales team supported by enablement, marketing, and SDR/BDR functions. You will qualify and close client leads, drive new client acquisition, and contribute to the direction and strength of a high-growth sales organization.

What You'll Do

  • Qualify and close client leads through discovery calls and demos.
  • Identify and reach out to dental offices to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Track and manage sales activity using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Hit and exceed sales goals while contributing to team KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Become an expert on the dental industry and the Dandy value proposition to position solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with senior sales leadership to influence strategy and direction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with enablement, marketing, SDR/BDR, and operations.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales experience, including 1+ years in a full sales cycle closing role. Experience at a high-growth startup is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly, work through ambiguity, and iterate toward repeatable processes.
  • Strong CRM skills, especially Salesforce, and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
  • Proven track record of professional success and strong communication skills.
  • High motivation, resilience, and a desire for continuous improvement through training and feedback.

Compensation & Benefits

OTE: $170,000. Commission: $85,000. Offers equity. Actual compensation will vary by candidate location, skills, qualifications, and experience. Compensation amounts shown for U.S.-based roles apply to candidates working in the United States and may be regionally adjusted for other locations.
